We Contact You Our Japan-based team will respond within 1–3 business days to confirm your requirements.

Vehicle Proposal We search domestic auctions and our dealer network and send you a proposal with photos, specs, and pricing.

Review & Adjust You review the proposal. We can adjust the search if needed — no pressure, no obligation.

Purchase Agreement Once you are satisfied with a vehicle, we sign a purchase agreement.

Deposit Payment (30%) A 30% deposit via international bank transfer (T/T / SWIFT) is required to proceed with procurement.

Procurement & Pre-Export Inspection We procure the vehicle, arrange inspection, and send you photos and a condition report.

Final Payment (70%) The remaining 70% is due before shipment. Payment is via international bank transfer.

Export Clearance & Shipping We handle all export documentation and ship the vehicle to your chosen port.

B/L & Handover We send you the Bill of Lading (B/L) and all export documents. Your vehicle is on its way.
Note: If the buyer cancels after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable. If we are unable to supply the agreed vehicle, the full deposit will be refunded.

B/L Tracking — Know Where Your Vehicle Is
Your B/L number lets you track the vessel, departure date, and ETA (estimated arrival) through the shipping line’s online system. This is separate from Japan Post EMS tracking — it is ocean freight tracking via RO-RO or container vessel.
